About VORSYE
Bookkeeping should not be a second job.
We built VORSYE because modern accounting software still asks the owner to do the work. It stores what you type, reminds you what you missed, and charges per user for the privilege. VORSYE is different: it does the work, explains what it did, and asks before anything matters.
The problem, honestly.
Small business owners spend three to five hours a week on the books. Reconciling bank lines. Categorising the same supplier for the fortieth time. Chasing invoices they have already sent twice. Chasing the receipt for the payment that has been on the ledger for six weeks. Drafting a tax return in April and discovering in August that the numbers were wrong.
The tools built for this problem are still filing cabinets. You put data in, you take reports out, and nothing in between does the actual work. Prices climb every year while the fundamentals stay the same: someone has to review what happened, and it is still you.
Accountants inherit the mess at month-end. They get a folder of exports, spend a week reconstructing context, and produce a report nobody reads until it is too late.
A bookkeeper, not a filing cabinet.
A bookkeeper that does the work. Not a chatbot, not a form that pretends to be intelligent. A system that categorises transactions, matches payments, drafts chases, requests the paperwork that is missing, prepares filings, then presents them to you as decisions. One tap to approve. One click to undo. Nothing posts without a reason attached.
The system earns permission. Where it has been consistently right about how your business runs, it stops asking and reports afterwards. Where it has been wrong, it keeps asking. Money movement and tax filings never run without you, no matter how much trust has built up.
You should never wonder what the software did. Every action, human or automated, sits on one timeline with the reasoning next to it, and every one of them can be reversed.
No new app to open.
An accounting tool that only works when you open it has already lost. Most small business owners will not log into an app every week. So VORSYE meets them where they already are: a weekly summary in email, alerts in a messaging thread, approvals by reply.
The same engine exposes itself to the assistant you already talk to. "Am I on track this month?" is answered from live data over MCP, without anyone opening VORSYE at all. That is the mobile strategy, and it is not a native app.
How it works
Four steps. Zero spreadsheets.
Connect your accounts
Link your bank, card, and payment accounts in a couple of minutes. The feed stays live, and history flows in from day one.
Upload files
Prefer to work your own way? Drop in CSV or Excel files anytime. VORSYE slots them in alongside your bank feed.
Let it match
VORSYE matches every transaction against your invoices, bills, and records, with its reasoning shown behind every call. Anything that does not fit is flagged for review.
Stay ahead
Cash flow forecasts update from your real data. Overdue invoice chases go out on schedule. You always know where you stand.
Less manual work
The average finance team reclaims 10+ hours in the first month. By month six, reconciliation is a memory.
Automation you can check
A live feed from the accounts you already use. Your books update as money moves, and your bank keeps the credentials.
The dashboard, up close
Every number, explained.
Owners and the practices who serve them.
VORSYE is built for owners of small and mid-sized businesses who want their evenings back, and for the accounting practices who serve them. It handles the multi-entity, multi-currency cases a growing business runs into without becoming a project to configure.
Values
Three things we do not compromise on.
Explain everything
Every decision the system makes comes with a sentence you can read. If we cannot explain it, we do not ship it.
Undo is a right
Automation without a way back is a liability. Every action has one.
The queue is the product
If what VORSYE prepares is not worth your time, the software has failed. We measure approve-versus-reject rates and treat them as a health metric, not a vanity number.
Ready to see what your books look like without the work?
Fifteen minutes, your own numbers, no slide deck. We run VORSYE on your last month and show you what it would have done.
- Every action explained
